Pats76 GTG with Sujoy Guha at Ballygunge Place - Bondel Road crossing on 2018-05-10

My school buddy Sujoy Guha from Bangalore was in Kolkata for a full week. We could manage to meet up for a 90 mins  'adda' with samosa + thanda matlab Coca-Cola + extra sweet lassi at Ballygunge Place - Bondel Road crossing on Thursday, 2018-05-10. 

It was an evening of absolute unadulterated fun.

Pats76 GTG with family @Subhabrata Sikdar's place in Madhyamgram on 2017-01-24

It was wonderful meeting Subhabrata Sikdar, St. Patrick's School, Asansol batchmate after 40 yrs on 2017-01-24 at his apartment in 'Apanalay' complex on NH34, Doltala. 

My wife Diya and daughter Diksha were equally happy to meet them.

Pats76 GTG - Lunch meet at Haka, City Centre 1, Salt Lake with Sujoy Guha on 2021-03-13

It was a leisurely buffet lunch meet at Haka, City Centre 1, Salt Lake on Saturday, 2021-03-13 afternoon with my school/ class/ section Pats76 buddy from St. Patrick's School Asansol, Sujoy Guha (permanently settled in Bangalore, but visiting Kolkata solo for 2 nights to meet his mom recuperating in Apollo Gleneagles Hospital). 

The last meeting was incidentally exactly around the same time in March 2020 when he had driven Bangalore to Kolkata with wifey, Jhuma Guha. 
So much has happened in the past topsy-turvy 365 days with Covid-19 and worse ☹️  
Surprises me that in all these 365 days, I haven't met any other school/ class buddies.

Pats76 GTG - Shankar Adhikary, Sujoy Guha, Deep Banerjee on 2017-01-26 evening at Shankar's place in Kolkata

On 2017-01-26 afternoon to late evening, we three St. Patrick's School Asansol (Pats76) classmates,  viz. Sujoy Guha, Deep Banerjee & Shankar Adhikary met up at the later's residence in South Kolkata. 

Five hours was too short a time for a recap of our school days. 
Incidentally, Sujoy was meeting Shankar exactly after 40 years. 
After March 1977, I had met Shankar Adhikary a couple of times around mid-1993 and then again in early 2016.

Pats76 GTG @ New Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata on 2018-11-17

Batchmates of ICSE December 1976 batch from St. Patrick's School, Asansol met up for a GTG in Kolkata on 2018-11-17 evening. Some of us met up after a gap of 42 years. We had to ultimately call it quits at 10.45pm. The GTG was attended by: Shyamsundar Annamraju (Visakhapatnam), Sanjay Gupta (Kolkata), Shantanu Ghosh (Kolkata), Dr Manas Ghosh (Chandannagar), Dr Subhro Mitra (Kolkata), Saumitra Bose (Kolkata), Balvinder Singh Nanda (Asansol), Sandip Samanta (Asansol + Kolkata), Udayan Dasgupta (Asansol + Kolkata), Ananda Mukherjee (Kolkata), Partha Sarathi Daw (Rishra), Deep Banerjee (Kolkata).
